The family-owned Art Hotel is situated in a quiet and prestigious residential area of mansions and foreign embassies, just 10 minutes' walk from the historic centre of the amazing Czech capital.

With an enchanting view of Prague and interiors furnished with accessories by 2 famous artists, Jan and Pravoslav Kotík, this charming hotel is a tranquil base from which to explore this magnificent city. The famous artists Jan and Pravoslav Kotik provided the inspiration for this hotel, which was just recently designed and built by the architect Martin Kotik. A long artistic family tradition manifests itself in this hotel.

Each floor of the 6 storey building presents a thematic mini collection of works by the Kotiks, by Pavel Stecha, who is famous for his photographs of architectural details, and by Pavel Roucka, a painter and graphic artist.

Art Hotel Prague is located in Prague near: Prague’s historic centre, Parizska street with its numerous shops, and The Old Town Square are just 10 minutes walk away. Just 10 minutes by public transport will take you to the Strahov monastery with its picture gallery and a library of precious books and on the Petrín hill you can visit the observation tower and the labyrinth.

Prague Castle (2 km) – One of the biggest ancient castle in the world houses several museums, including the National Gallery’s collection of Bohemian and Baroque art, exhibitions dedicated to Czech history, a toy museum and the picture gallery of Prague Castle. The castle’s stunning gardens and interiors are both beautiful and fascinating.

Prague Exhibition Grounds Výstaviště (1 km) – This exhibition ground hosts many trade fairs throughout the year, but it is also home to the Lapidarium and its sculptures and stone monuments. There is also an aquarium and Krizík´s fountain with its "Son et Lumière" show.
